* Three-night Holiday minimum stay. No cancellations or rescheduling for Holidays (3 Night Holiday Weekends not included in rate. Additional fees apply.)

*** Winter storage free with next years’ deposit. Seasonal rent payments or deposits are not refundable.
Each camp site is intended for 1 approved camping unit only.
An approved unit would include a RVIC certified camper, motorhome, or pop-up camper designed for human overnight occupancy. We do not allow homemade sleeping units or horse trailers. We do not allow tents added to a camp site. Exclusion: It is permissible to have 1 small child’s tent in addition to any reservation, if NO extra adult guests are included.

Check in time 3-6 pm / Check out 12 Noon.

No personal golf carts may come into the Park. Rental golf carts are available with your reservation.

No outside boats are allowed at The Retreat at Hickory Hills. Rentals are available.

Visitors: All visitors must register and pay at the office upon arrival. The host camper is responsible for the behavior of all persons occupying their site

Please note that a site has a maximum guest capacity of ONLY the registered guests and up to a total of 8 people per site. This always includes a maximum of 4 adults.
There is an additional per person fee for over 2 adults and 3 children. All guests must be registered, paid for, and receive a parking tag. This applies to both day and overnight guests. Unregistered guests and their host will be asked to leave the Park immediately. Cars without hang tags will be towed.We appreciate your efforts to keep the Park safe and protect our resources!

Cancellation Policy:

There are no cancellations or rescheduling within 14 days of check in time.

All other date cancellations MAY BE RESCHEDULED ONLY for next availability of the same calendar year. There are no refunds.

You are only allowed 1 reschedule and any subsequent changes will result in a cancellation.

No cancellation or rescheduling for Seasonal Deposits, Monthly reservations or Holiday reservations.

Check in time: All check ins times are 3pm – 6pm STRICTLY ENFORCED. Reservations cut off at 7pm and then it is required to make your arrival the following day
